Twice in one day....

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe New Year's Eve. Mine was nice and low key - just my style. Went to friends house for a party and was in bed by 1 am. It snowed throughout the day and the roads were completely iced over, so I didn't want to stay out too late and drive with all of the drunken crazies.

I haven't made New Year's Resolutions in years, because I never keep them. This year I am going to write them down in my journal and try my hardest to keep each and every one.

1. Read at least 50 books (i'll be keeping track in a topped post on my lj)
2. Purchase and move into a home of my own by the time I turn 28. That gives me about 350 days. I think I can do it!
3. Get healthy. I know people say that every year and never follow through, but I going to try my hardest.

I think 3 resolutions are enough for this year. Number 2 is a doozy, so I'll be grateful if I can pull it off.

I watched Heroes yesterday. I'm not nearly as into it as I was last year. But, I'm all about next week.

It's okay. Better than "What Goes Around (Comes Back Around)" by Justin. That video was just horrible.

This is one of the most real and heartfelt reality television shows out there. The family consists of two dwarf parents(Matt and Amy), twin boys (one average size (Jeremy), one dwarf size(Zach)), a young average size girl (Molly), and a young average size son (Jacob). It's on TLC (The Learning Channel) and I encourage everyone on my f'list to watch. Good luck not falling in love with this awesome family!

I think this might have been my longest post ever. We're supposed to get snow tonight in New York. I really hope that's a lie, because I hate snow.

Tonight's the last episode EVER of The OC. I'm really going to miss this show and will shedding a few tears tonight - I can already feel them. It has totally stepped up its game this season especially with the addition of Taylor. Rest in Peace, OC.

Random question: I'm heading over to London in early April and was wondering if anyone on my flist could tell me if soccer season would still be in season. Also, any places that you think I should check out while there that might not be typical touristy stuff? Thanks in advance :)

Just a reminder for all you crazy people who aren't already watching Friday Night Lights that BRAVO is running a marathon today starting at 9 am. You all need to get on that :)
